There are many incredible river cruising brands out there. Did you know that almost all river ships in Europe are the same size? They look the same on the outside, but it’s the inside, the excursions, and the food that make all the difference.
Which one is the best fit for you? Join Cindy Dykman for an overview of river cruising, covering the major brands, ships, cabins, excursions, itineraries, payment policies, and more. Cindy has sailed the rivers herself and holds specialist certifications with AmaWaterways and Tauck River Cruises, along with specializations in other river cruise ship brands. She’s attended the ASTA River Cruise Expo twice where she has toured all the brands ships. She’ll also introduce some of the newer brands, exotic itineraries, and cultural immersion trips travelers may not have heard of yet.
By the end of this course, participants will understand the importance of matching the right river cruise to their travel style. Not every river cruise is for everyone. NOTE: Cindy will teach the first two sessions in person. The final session, Oct. 22, will be held via Zoom.
