World Fairs

Membership & Course Fees

Membership in Celebration Lifelong Learning, Inc. costs $50 per term, for fall or spring. Membership may be purchased without registering for any courses and is non-transferable. Membership benefits include eligibility to register for courses, free admission to the Lecture Series, and free participation in CLL, Inc.'s five monthly clubs. Course fees are $25; some courses require an additional materials fee.

Once there was a time, a very special era, when all came to see, hear, and frolic in the joy of the future. These were the days of WORLD FAIRS. They were gatherings of all peoples that took place once a decade to honor new ideas fostered by science and industry. We plan to visit such places for a few hours once again. We hope you can join us for the nostalgia, fun, and pleasure of a time gone, but hardly forgotten. The Fairs of Chicago in 1893, Saint Louis in 1904, and New York in 1939 and 1964 were a great time for young and old alike.
