Theresa Duwe

With a degree in Telecommunications/Advertising from Indiana University, Theresa Duwe is a person who grew up loving to cook and bake. But the thought of culinary school and cooking as a profession never crossed her mind until starting as a personal chef cooking meals for a few families. That led to 16 years running her own catering company. Upon moving to Florida, the wine world revealed itself to her. Beginning her wine studies in April 2015, she passed the Guild of Sommeliers Introduction course and exam in August 2015. She also holds certifications in sherry wine and beer. Theresa has gained increased wine knowledge through Master classes, seminars, courses and industry tastings. She loves to travel the wine world, gaining first-hand knowledge, tasting wine, and teaching others about her true passions, wine and food. Her favorite wine is champagne, a good sparkling, a nice Italian white, a German Riesling, a lovely pinot noir, or anything in her glass.
